If you are searching for a straightforward, easy to follow method of development this is the book. It comes right out of the gate with practical exercises that although they are simple-if applied regularly will give you fantastic results. I am a long time practitioner and I still search for works like these so that I can recommend them to beginners. While I have found a few that come close this is quite literally one of the only books you need to open the third eye, begin working with spiritual and energetic forces, and develop spirituality. Get this book if you have any desire to develop spiritually and/or magically. Absolutely perfect for a beginner and pretty darn good for more experienced practitioners. If you are searching for answers and found this review, buy this book.

My training is in math and science. My work is in engineering. Saints and yogis over centuries have testified credibly that great things are possible, so I consider it likely. For me, it isn’t “real” until I can manage to see for myself. Consequently, I’ve looked into lots and lots of spiritual growth books and seminars over a long time. All of this is done with little progress. Because I’ve put in a lot of effort over a long time and gotten essentially no results or even bad results, I postponed buying this book for a long time. Actually, most of the people I’ve encountered on the way are “new age” people, and most of them seem to take an immediate and personal dislike to me (especially when I ask something like, “How would I know that?”)
